Journey: Triple L Estate – Stoney’s, Broomes Island – Triple L Estate
We again went to Stoney’s for our weekly cornhole league… well, Lori’s cornhole league. When we arrived Anthony had a gift for us. He had brought us one of his school pictures. Too cute! I took it to the boat in order to keep it protected. Since Anthony was nearby I had him hold the photo so I could take a picture of him holding it. He said, “Now you have two pictures of me.” I told him we have more than that… I guess he doesn’t realize I often take photos of him fishing, and also from the wedding.
Lori and Doris wore their matching t-shirts from the Solomons Island Docking Contest and won all three games. They’re wondering if perhaps they need to wear the shirts for all their games for good luck. What we find most interesting about the shirt is you can see part of the African Kween in the shirt, and our boating raft up from 2013’s docking contest. In the raft up you can see a lot of people sitting on the hard top watching the contest. I’m sure the original, unmodified, picture would clearly show our group.
We had a lovely ride home with a very bright moon that was only about half full.
